Two sit inside city limits, at Fashion Valley in Mission Valley and Westfield UTC in University City. Five more run from Carlsbad and Escondido down to Santee, National City and Chula Vista.

What Macy's Announced for the 2026 Holiday Season

Macy's, Inc. set out its plan in a holiday hiring announcement this fall. The company is hiring seasonal workers at its Macy's, Bloomingdale's and Bluemercury stores and select supply chain sites, with in-person hiring days on September 24, October 22 and November 19.
